The Corporate Mentoring Program conceived, designed and conducted by V.K.Madhav Mohan for select companies is a unique contribution to the field of change management. It is a comprehensive and long duration program that enables top management to steer their organizations to success in the uncertain and challenging environment of the 21st century. While the Corporate Mentoring Program is comprised of a carefully sequenced series of components, each of these is also a stand-alone component.

Vision Workshop
The logical start of the Corporate Mentoring Program is a 2-day workshop that clarifies and articulates the vision of the organization using a highly interactive yet structured process-oriented methodology. This enshrines the vision not just on plaques but also in the hearts and minds of the participants. The workshop requires prior study of material circulated by the Mentor.
Strategy Workshop
The strategy workshop builds the strategy to move the organization towards the vision. This too is a 2-day workshop for the top management and specially invited participants from other levels of the organization. Essentially, the Mentor, in this program facilitates the definition of the route to success (including industries, product-service combos and processes). The workshop requires prior study of material circulated by the Mentor.
Concept Workshop
The Concept Workshop is a learning method created by V.K.Madhav Mohan . It is a mechanism in which a group of learning partners irrespective of hierarchy, age, gender, qualifications or experience engage in a free floating exchange of understanding about a particular learning material selected by the Mentor. The workshop requires prior study of material circulated by the Mentor.
Personal Mentoring
To assist individuals in their journey to personal growth, the Mentor conducts periodic one-to-one confidential mentoring sessions. These sessions focus on blind spots, areas for attention, ideas for growth and encouragement and non-judgmental feedback.
Leadership Workshop
Since leadership is the ultimate competitive edge, the Mentor places prime importance on organizational leadership development. The workshop enables participants to learn and apply contemporary and historical leadership principles and tools. The workshop focuses on the principle that “role models must model the role”.
Business Performance Reviews
To assist the organization in realization of the vision by following the defined strategy and attaining goals, the Mentor will actively participate in periodic business performance reviews. These reviews will also be occasions for feedback, motivation, learning and guidance on corporate governance, all directed towards vision, strategy and goals.
